My Breakfast this Morning
1). Fruit Salad
2). A couple of hard boiled eggs with mayo
3). Water too



Circuit Training
Just finished a circuit training workout earlier in the week with my friend, personal trainer and coach, Teresa :D

3). Yogurt & Granola
4). Banana Caramel & French Vanilla Shake



Landmark Seminar
Last weekend, I attended a personal and professional development course called Landmark.
It was quite inspirational.
 



My #9to5 Meals
1). Drink water all day
2). Lunch: Chili (left)
3). Snack 001: Black Olive + Asiago Cheese
4). Snack 002: Apples and Oranges (bottom)
5). Snack 003: Yogurt
6). Banana Caramel and French Vanilla Shake
